Richard Lougy oversaw mental health services for Head Start and Early Head Start programs in a large metropolitan school district in Northern California before retiring in 2007. He currently runs a private practice specializing in ADHD.
Deborah J. Stewart, M.Ed. has over 20 years experience in the field of early childhood education and is the Executive Educational Director over three childcare campuses.
