Dr. Douglas Reeves is the author of more than 30 books and 100 articles on leadership and student achievement and twice named to the Harvard University Distinguished Authors Series. Melissa Eddington is in her 17th year of teaching, 15 have been as an ELL teacher. She teaches in a suburban district outside of Columbus, Ohio. Jennifer Borgioli is a senior consultant with Learner-Centered Initiatives. She supports schools and districts with designing assessments and completing assessment inventories. Rita Platt is the author of Working Hard, Working Happy: Cultivating a Climate of Effort and Joy in the Classroom and is a principal in the St. Croix Falls, SD in Wisconsin.
