Maureen Keithley joined the WIDA Consortium five years ago from the Kentucky Department of Education where she served as a title III - LEP/Immigrant Consultant. Her prior experience as a mainstream teacher, ESL teacher, district title III coordinator and at the state education agency equips Maureen to have a multi-dimensional approach when providing professional development, technical assistance and consulting to WIDA state and territories. She is a National Board Certified Teacher.
