How Principals are Coping With The Great Recession

Speaking from her view as Executive Director of the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP), Gail discusses some of the many ways that elementary school principals have been impacted by the recession and shares some of the creative ways that principals are coping. Gail concludes by giving her view of the road ahead and the unique opportunities she sees hidden in the current crisis.
