David Fisher is an elemntary school teacher and the President of Sacramento City Teachers Association (SCTA). Nikki Milevsky is a California public educator like her mother and great-grandmother before her. She has beeen a school psychologist in the Sacramento City School District and 1st Vice-president and past president of SCTA.
