Dr. Vicki Caruana is a professor of education at Regis University in Colorado and has written a variety of books including, Recess for Teachers: Taking Time Out for Your Body, Mind, and Soul. Kevin Parr is a 4th-grade teacher at Abraham Lincoln Elementary School in Wenatchee, WA. A 2014 ASCD Emerging Leader, he is also a regular guest blogger for the Whole Child Blog. Nancy Flanagan is a retired teacher with 31 years as a K-12 music specialist in the Hartland, MI, schools. Flanagan is co-founder of the Network of Michigan Educators and her blog for Education Week is Teacher in a Strange Land.
