Andrew P. Kelly is a Research Fellow in Education Policy Studies at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, DC. Dr. Lowell Johnson is President of the Association of State Boards Education; John Musso excutive director of the Association of School Business Officials International. Dan Domench is executive director of the American Association of School Administrators. Jay Mathews has been an education columnist at The Washington Post for 39 years. Sarah Garland is a staff writer at the Hechinger Report, a nonprofit news organization that focuses on education journalism.
